Job Description

The Arizona District Office of Farmers Insurance is seeking motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to become Agency Leaders. This opportunity allows you to build and operate your own insurance agency while leveraging the training, brand recognition and support of one of the most respected insurance companies in the country. As a Farmers Agency Leader, you will have the opportunity to develop your own business, build a team and create lasting relationships within your community all while receiving extensive support from the Farmers Insurance network.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and trusted insurance solutions
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team to exceed sales and service goals

• Manage the day to day operations and strategic direction of your agency

Requirements

Requirements:
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship building skills
• Sales, customer service or business development experience highly preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build and lead a business
• Willingness to obtain or possess the required Arizona insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
• Commitment to investing time and effort into building a successful agency
