Summary

Bailey's Childcare and Learning Center is seeking a Part-Time or as-needed basis Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our center-based program for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities.

Duties

Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision for RBTs
• Complete RBT competencies and ongoing skill development
• Conduct parent trainings to support skill generalization at home
• Monitor and analyze client progress and data
• Collaborate with staff to maintain a structured and supportive day program
• Ensure services follow ethical and professional ABA standards

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Current Virginia LBA
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis
• Excellent communication skills for parent collaboration and staff mentorship
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Benefits

Job Type: Part-Time, Hybrid, as-needed basis
Responsibilities include: Assessments, reassessments, supervision, parent training, and RBT competencies as needed.
Pay: $75.00 – $85.00 per hour
One-time payment: $400.00
Expected Hours: 0–20 per week (flexible scheduling)
