Your Day-to-Day

• Deliver individualized treatment with creativity and precision.
• Lead with data — not guesswork — to make timely program changes.
• Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team.
• Inspire and mentor RBTs with leadership rooted in compassion.

Who You Are

• A BCBA (certified) with a Master’s in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
