Job Title: Business Analyst
Location-Type: Remote (EST preferred, Hybrid if within 30 miles to Herndon, VA)
Start Date Is: ASAP
Duration: Contract-to-Hire (6 months)
Compensation Range: $38/hr – $46/hr W2

Job Description:
The Business Analyst translates cloud software entitlements into detailed infrastructure specifications to support automated provisioning processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Create build sheets from software specifications using internal automation tools
• Interpret SAP-related software entitlements and provisioning requirements
• Facilitate meetings with operations and engineering teams to review build sheets
• Ensure build sheets meet standards and are accepted by build teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve build sheet processes and standards
• Maintain SOPs, validation checklists, and documentation for build sheet accuracy
• Track build sheet metrics and manage logs to drive performance improvements
• Maintain documentation repository in SharePoint
• Deliver monthly performance and KPI reports to leadership
• Support cloud provisioning initiatives and qualification assessments
• Partner with solution and asset management teams to resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3–4 years of experience in an analyst role
  • Strong attention to detail with technical data
  • Experience managing technical documentation with high accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a collaborative environment
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and IT systems
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Must be a US citizen (no dual citizenship)
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with Cloud ERP systems
  • Understanding of cloud architecture and IaaS models
  • Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure (networks, storage, servers, OS)
  • Experience in managed services environments
