Job Description

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 5 years of project management experience supporting enterprise-scale initiatives, ideally in cybersecurity or IT.
• We prefer experience handling several concurrent projects, especially in M&A or major integration settings.
• We require a solid grasp of cybersecurity principles, with IAM experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with GRC platforms such as Drata or AuditBoard is a plus.
• Experience with SailPoint or comparable IAM solutions is beneficial.
• We value proficiency with Microsoft tools and planning software such as Smartsheet.
• We look for demonstrated success in a structured waterfall delivery model.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential across business, IT, and security teams.
• We need a self-motivated, detail-focused professional who can maintain high standards in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to support a Central Time Zone schedule, with occasional flexibility for off-hours collaboration, is required.
• Experience in large enterprise organizations is preferred.
• Knowledge of NIST or similar cybersecurity frameworks is a plus.
• We prefer candidates who can work remotely and are located near an HPE office.
• PMP certification is not required.

• We lead and coordinate project workstreams that support integrating Junipers tools, processes, and controls into HPE during a large-scale M&A effort.
• We drive the modernization and alignment of cybersecurity capabilities, especially across identity, governance, and enterprise platforms.
• We own full project delivery in a waterfall environment, including planning, progress tracking, risk oversight, and stakeholder updates.
• We collaborate with business partners, cybersecurity specialists, and IT teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• We use tools such as Smartsheet to build and maintain project schedules, milestones, and status reports.
• We proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, then implement mitigation actions to keep initiatives moving.
• We work independently as self-starters, taking responsibility for assigned initiatives from start to finish.
• We adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving demands within a dynamic integration environment.
• We partner with the Integration Management Office and other project managers to coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams.
• We ensure compliance with enterprise standards, governance practices, and applicable cybersecurity frameworks.
