Job Purpose:

Keeps premises of building in clean and orderly condition by performing duties. These duties can be performed collectively or a team member could perform just one of these duties in a building

Duties

• Clean and polish (fixtures surfaces and trim)
• Maintain cleanliness in the following areas (rooms hallways lobbies lounges restrooms corridors elevators stairways cafeterias locker rooms and other areas)
• Sweep mop and vacuum floors
• May potentially buff floors in some facilities
• Clean rugs and mats
• Dust furniture and equipment
• Wash walls ceilings woodwork windows door panels and sills
• Empty wastebaskets and trash bins
• Transport trash and waste to disposal area

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• MUST be able to pass background check
