About the Company Urban Park Services provides on-site support for urban operations, including event coordination, parking management, and crowd assistance in high-traffic environments. Position Overview We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Entry Level Event Assistant to support operations at events throughout Austin. This role involves assisting with crowd management, parking coordination, and providing excellent service to attendees. Key Responsibilities * Assist with event setup and breakdown * Guide attendees and provide directions * Support parking and traffic flow during events * Monitor event areas to ensure safety and organization * Respond to guest questions and provide assistance * Work closely with team members and supervisors Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Previous event, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to stand for extended periods * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits * Salary: $18 – $27 per hour * Flexible scheduling options * Paid training * Opportunities for growth * Supportive team environment
