What You’ll Be Doing
- Precision Handling: Loading and unloading high-volume freight using Sit-down, Stand-up Reach, or Cherry Pickers.
- Inventory Mastery: Utilizing RF scanners to ensure 100% accuracy—no "lost" pallets on your watch.
- Efficiency Engineering: Organizing the warehouse floor to optimize flow and staging.
- Safety Leadership: Maintaining a "Zero-Incident" mindset every single minute of the shift.
What You Bring to the Floor
- The Experience: At least 2+ years of recent experience in a high-volume distribution or logistics environment.
- The Skills: Proficiency in specialized attachments (clamping, side-shifting, etc.) is a major plus.
- The Hustle: You thrive in the Houston heat and stay cool under pressure.
- The Reliability: You’re the person the team counts on to show up and lead by example.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities: - Operate a manually controlled gasoline or electric powered Forklift to pick-up, deliver or move materials around the warehouse location
- Able to operate standard lifting devices and other basic material handling equipment
- Operate machinery to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials
- Perform the following: loads, unloads and stacks materials onto lifting device, weighs material or products and records on production schedules.
- Perform safety checks on lifts.
- The ability to follow instructions, either while working independently, or as part of a team.
- Comply with all company policies and legal guidelines
- Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- wearing steel toe shoes
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
- standing for 8 hours at one time
