Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our sales and finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong automotive F&I experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to structure deals that are both customer-friendly and profitable for the dealership. This role requires maintaining compliance, working closely with lenders, and delivering a smooth and professional customer experience.
