Job Title: Fire Extinguisher Technician

Salary: $18-$30 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Fire Extinguisher Technician with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, repairing, and maintaining fire extinguishers to ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

Inspect, test, and maintain fire extinguishers in accordance with NFPA 10 and local codes.
Perform necessary repairs, recharges, and hydrostatic testing.
Ensure proper documentation of all inspections and maintenance work.
Provide excellent customer service while working on-site at client locations.
Stay up to date with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Fire Extinguisher Technician.
Knowledge of NFPA 10 and fire safety codes.
Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if travel is required).
NICET certification (preferred but not required).
