Position Overview We’re currently expanding our national remote team and looking for motivated individuals who are ready to launch a career in Fully Remote Position Entry Level, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them understand their insurance benefit options and ensuring they receive top-tier support—no previous experience required. This role is perfect for individuals seeking flexible remote work, a strong support system, and a fast-paced environment where growth and development are encouraged. What You’ll Be Doing - Communicating with clients via phone, email, text, and scheduled Zoom calls
- Answering questions and guiding customers through their benefit options
- Keeping client records up to date and organized using internal systems
- Delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous service with a problem-solving mindset
- Collaborating with a virtual team while managing your own day-to-day workflow
What You Bring - You’re 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- No previous insurance or customer service experience? That’s okay—we train you.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, people-first attitude
- Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills
- Tech comfort: able to use tools like Zoom, email, and digital tracking systems
