Internal Medicine Physician – Outpatient Only
Location: St. Cloud, Florida
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Medicine physician to join our Orlando outpatient practice. This is an outpatient-only opportunity with a focus on high-quality patient care in a managed care environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in value-based care, with knowledge of HEDIS and MRA coding, and be comfortable managing a patient panel of 14–15 patients per day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to adult patients in an outpatient setting.
  

• Manage and coordinate care within a managed care or value-based medicine framework.
  

• Utilize knowledge of HEDIS and MRA coding to ensure compliance and optimize patient outcomes.
  

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
  

• Collaborate with care teams, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and administrative staff.
  

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives as required.
  

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
  

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
  

• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license.
  

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in managed care or value-based care preferred.
  

• Knowledge of HEDIS and MRA coding.
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams.
