Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is passionate about delivering high-quality psychiatric care and is excited to grow with us. This part-time, flexible position is ideal for an experienced, fully licensed PMHNP who is looking to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative, client-focused environment. Whether you’re looking to supplement your private practice or want to be part of a mission-driven team, this role offers the opportunity to help shape the future of mental healthcare delivery while supporting individuals and families on their healing journeys.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and prescribe/manage psychotropic medications for Tides clients
• Collaborate with our team of therapists to ensure coordinated, client-centered care
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation using our EHR system
• Contribute to the development of an integrated care model that supports holistic wellness

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) by the Illinois Board of Nursing
• Full practice authority (FPA) or collaborative relationship in place with a physician 
• Valid DEA and NPI numbers
• Previous experience in a psychiatric, mental health and/or outpatient setting
• Individual liability insurance preferred but not required
• Commitment to Tides' mission and core values

Job Types: Part-time (1099 Contract Position)

• Part-Time: 8 – 10 Hours per Week (final weekly hours will be mutually agreed upon within this range, based on employee preference and business needs)

Work Location : In person at our Chicago office with flexibility to work remotely.

Compensation listed is per hour and increases based on experience, tenure, etc.
