Job Title: Loader - Recycling Company

Location: Broomfield, CO

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 1:00PM - 11:30PM (Mon - Thu)

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Loader to join our team at a fast-paced recycling company in Broomfield, CO . The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload recyclable materials efficiently and safely. Experience with heavy equipment operation is required, and certification is a plus .

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a loader to move and load recyclable materials.
• Assist with unloading trucks and moving materials to appropriate areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure safe handling of materials while operating equipment.
• Conduct basic maintenance checks on the loader and other equipment as necessary.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist with other tasks as needed by the supervisor or team.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience operating heavy machinery, particularly loaders.
• Certification in operating heavy equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to varying work schedules (schedule may vary).
• Ability to pass a background check and a drug screening test.
