Block LLP is seeking an in-office Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing efforts across digital channels, brand campaigns, and client acquisition strategies.

This is a high-impact role responsible for driving growth, managing cross-functional teams, and optimizing performance across the full marketing funnel. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, with strong leadership skills and the ability to leverage modern tools—including AI— to improve efficiency and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or digital marketing, with leadership or management experience
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid advertising, SEO, social media, web, and design)
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating complex projects
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and improve ROI
  • Strong familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, OpenAI) and the ability to apply them to marketing workflows and strategy
  • Experience working with CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and support marketing performance and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience in legal or personal injury marketing is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive case acquisition
  • Lead the planning and execution of campaigns across paid media, SEO, social media, and web channels
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all platforms
  • Leverage AI tools (such as Claude, OpenAI, or similar) to improve campaign development, content creation, and internal workflows
  • Build and optimize marketing systems, automation processes, and operational workflows
  • Manage and support a cross-functional team including paid media, web development, design, and social media
  • Set priorities, provide direction, and ensure accountability across campaigns and projects
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and implement data-driven improvements
  • Oversee A/B testing, CRO initiatives, and website performance improvements
  • Optimize the full customer journey from initial awareness through conversion
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors
  • Ensure all deliverables align with internal strategy, timelines, and quality standards
