Now Hiring: MIG Welders (Multiple Shifts Available)

We’re looking for skilled welders to join our team, performing repair welds on parts missed by robotic welders. This role is key to meeting production goals and delivering high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repair welding (MIG)
• Set up jigs and fixtures
• Operate equipment to meet production standards
• Use measuring tools to ensure quality
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Complete tasks such as spot welding, buffing, deburring, loading jigs, packing, sorting, and reworking parts
• Maintain a clean work area and accurate records

Requirements:

• MIG welding experience
• Manufacturing or hands-on welding experience (farm or industrial)
• Reliable attendance
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Machine loading experience is a plus

Pay & Schedule:

• 1st Shift: $22.50 | Mon–Thurs | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: $23.50 | Mon–Thurs | 5:00 PM–3:30 AM
• Weekend Days: $25.50 | Fri–Sun | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Weekend Nights: $27.00 | Fri–Sun | 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

This is a Contract position based out of Shelbyville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.00/hr.
