The Nurse Coordinator Intensive Care Unit will typically report to a Critical Care Nursing Director with strong collaboration alongside intensivists and advanced practice providers, receiving support from clinical educators, dedicated charge RNs, case management, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and a friendly, diverse nursing team that thrives on respect, inclusion, and shared governance; responsibilities span daily operations, staffing and scheduling, patient throughput, evidence-based practice implementation, accreditation readiness, quality dashboards, rounding, coaching, and mentorship to elevate practice standards across the unit.
