Job Description

Personal Assistant / Office Administrator

Who: A highly organized, trustworthy, and self-motivated professional who excels at supporting executive leadership while managing a diverse range of administrative, operational, and personal assistance responsibilities.

What: Provide comprehensive executive, administrative, and office support by coordinating daily operations, managing documentation, planning events, handling errands, and overseeing special projects.

When: This is a full-time position with a standard Monday through Friday schedule and occasional evening or weekend support for company events and activities.

Where: This role is based in the Atlanta area near The Battery and includes responsibilities in both office and off-site environments.
