Foundations Phlebotomy Education Program
We are seeking dedicated individuals who want to get trained and certified, and join our team as
a Phlebotomist - TUITION FREE!! Please note there are some administrative fees that are the responsibility of the applicant.
Application date: May 13, 2026
Start date: Pre-requisite course June 13 - July 25, 2026. This is a required online soft skills program, and carries a fee of $150.00. Phlebotomy training start date tentatively September 11, 2026.
Location:
This will be a hybrid 13-week program with one day per week for clinicals. The program will be
online for didactics, lectures, and skill development with the clinical portion at the Middlesex
Health Outpatient Center in Middletown, CT (most likely every Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm). **You are required to attend all classes and clinical training for the entire 13-week
program.**
