Preqin Client Experience part of the Preqin Client Success organization within the Aladdin Client Business is dedicated to maximizing product value and delivering a high-quality client experience. Our teams serve as consultative domain experts who shape client workflows and drive adoption of Preqins solutions across their organizations.We partner closely with Client Engagement Product Data and the broader Aladdin ecosystem to deliver a cohesive highquality client experience that reflects BlackRocks commitment to operational excellence innovation and client centricity.
Job Overview
The Associate Preqin Client Experience plays a critical role in shaping how clients leverage Preqins data insights and products. This is a consultative expert positionresponsible for advising clients on private markets datasets supporting workflow optimization and expanding Preqins footprint within their organizations.You will build strong crossfunctional relationships translate data and product expertise into actionable guidance and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client partnership with Client Engagement youll help drive adoption mitigate friction and ensure clients realize the full strategic value of Preqins solutions.
