Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing.
• Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules and workflows.
• Lead, train, and manage production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Ensure product quality standards are met and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor production costs and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with supply chain, maintenance, and quality departments to resolve production issues and improve overall plant performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a production management role within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize production schedules and improve efficiency.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
