Xclusive is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing team in a showroom-based automotive customization environment .
This role is perfect for entry-level to early-career sales professionals who are comfortable with in-store sales, upselling, and customer interaction . You’ll help customers upgrade their vehicles with wheels, tires, lift kits, and performance accessories , guiding them through options and closing sales on the spot.

Greet and assist customers in the showroom
Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget
Recommend products such as wheels, tires, lift kits, and accessories
Deliver a consultative, high-energy sales experience
Identify opportunities to increase ticket size through upgrades and bundles
Present value-driven recommendations
Close sales in a fast-paced retail environment
Learn and stay current on products, trends, and customization options
Support showroom organization and merchandising
Contribute to team sales goals and performance targets
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in a retail showroom environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Interest in cars or automotive customization
Preferred
Retail sales or upselling experience
Knowledge of wheels, tires, or vehicle modifications
Outgoing and confident with customers
