Compensation - Base pay between $66,200 - $82,800/yr

Job Duties The Information Security Analyst is responsible for protecting Blain’s information assets by implementing and managing security measures and protocols. This role involves analyzing security threats, conducting risk assessments, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Analyze and monitor security threats and vulnerabilities using current security tools such as EDR, SIEM, IAM/PAM, Vuln
- Management, Email Filter.
- Perform application access reviews to support identity governance program and compliance requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits.
- Develop and manage security policies and procedures.
- Respond to and manage security incidents and breaches.
- Stay updated on security trends and threat intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.
- Maintain security documentation and incident reports.
- Conduct security awareness program training/simulations for employees and monitor program performance.
- Support 3rd party vendor risk assessment program and life cycle.
- Complete other assignments and special projects as assigned
Qualifications - 2+ years of information security analysis and risk management experience
- Knowledge of current and emerging security threats and vulnerabilities
- Knowledge of current industry standard security toolsets
- Incident response, including investigation, containment, and remediation of security breaches
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaboration
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for threat detection and resolution
- This role requires: 10% of travel
