As a Software Engineer, you will join an early-stage founding team responsible for building core product systems across web, mobile, and backend platforms. This includes React Native mobile applications for workers, React/TypeScript web applications for businesses, and Node.js-based internal tools used by operations teams. You will collaborate closely with leadership, including the CTO, and play a key role in shaping product direction and technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance applications using React Native, React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
• Design and implement scalable systems supporting real-time workforce matching and AI-driven workflows
• Build intuitive and visually polished user interfaces in collaboration with design teams
• Participate in architectural decisions for core platform systems and backend infrastructure
• Develop APIs and services powering workforce coordination and internal operations tools
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker and GitHub Actions
• Integrate analytics, monitoring, and observability tools to track system performance and user behavior
• Contribute broadly across the stack as part of a fast-moving startup environment

Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems, including React, React Native, and Node.js
• Strong familiarity with PostgreSQL and backend system design
• Experience working with Docker and modern deployment workflows
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments
• Strong product mindset with attention to detail and user experience
