Position: Telehealth Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telehealth Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. The Telehealth Nurse will be responsible for providing remote healthcare services to patients through video and audio consultations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for using technology to improve patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations with patients, assessing their medical needs and providing appropriate treatment and advice.
- Utilize telehealth technology to monitor patient vitals and provide follow-up care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in our electronic health record system.
- Educate patients on self-care techniques and preventive measures.
- Adhere to all HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with telehealth best practices and technology advancements.
Qualifications:
- Active nursing license in the state of Delaware.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Experience with telehealth technology and virtual consultations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
- Comfortable with using electronic health record systems.
Contract Details:
This is a part-time contract position, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time in the future. The Telehealth Nurse will work remotely from their home in New Castle, DE. The schedule will be flexible, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
