In this essential position, you are the final piece of the puzzle that helps our customers drive away happy. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Finance teams to ensure every vehicle title is processed with expert accuracy and speed.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Precision Processing: Accurately prepare and submit vehicle titles and registration documents to the DMV.
Compliance Expert: Ensure all paperwork meets strict state regulations and dealership standards.
Collaborative Partnership: Coordinate with the sales and finance departments to streamline deal finalization.
Problem Solver: Proactively track and resolve any title discrepancies or issues.
Organized Archiving: Maintain a meticulous filing system for all vehicle records.
