We are looking for a professional and experienced skipper to operate our Nireus CL620 for charter activities in Malta.
Beyond technical skills, we are especially looking for someone friendly, sociable, and client-focused, who enjoys creating a great atmosphere on board and delivering memorable experiences to guests. Flexibility and a positive attitude are key.
What we’re looking for:
- Valid Transport Malta commercial skipper / boatmaster licence
- Good knowledge of Maltese waters
- Experience in commercial charter operations
- Strong communication skills and a welcoming personality
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-oriented
- Flexible availability (including weekends and peak season)
What you’ll do:
- Safely operate the boat during charters
- Ensure guests feel comfortable, safe, and have an excellent time
- Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner
- Adapt to different clients and create a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere on board
